Terms of Service
These terms govern OttoTrader as self-directed trading software, not as investment advice, brokerage, custody, portfolio management, or a managed-copy-trading product.
Legal
The trust, disclosure, and policy layer around OttoTrader.
These pages explain the rules around accounts, billing, marketplace activity, privacy, and trading risk so users can understand what OttoTrader is, what it is not, and where responsibility stays with them.
Legal documents
The pages users, sellers, and reviewers need to find.
This overview covers the core OttoTrader contract and disclosure set used across the website, marketplace, and desktop-connected account area.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what OttoTrader collects, why the data is processed, which providers help operate the service, how long records are generally kept, and how users can exercise privacy rights.
Marketplace Terms
These terms frame marketplace listings as software-license transactions for protected strategy logic and related metadata, not as financial products, advisory services, or copy-trading mandates.
Seller Terms
These terms govern creator accounts, listing quality standards, moderation, seller obligations, buyer-facing disclosures, and OttoTrader's marketplace-enforcement powers.
Seller Claims Policy
This policy defines what sellers can and cannot say about strategy performance, suitability, and expected outcomes on the platform.
Risk Disclosure
These disclosures apply wherever OttoTrader exposes backtests, simulations, live-trading controls, exchange connectivity, marketplace listings, or AI-assisted strategy workflows across the website and desktop app.
Cookies and Storage
What is stored in your browser, which optional measurements need permission, and how to change your choice.
Refunds and Withdrawal
How renewal cancellation, consumer withdrawal and remedies for a defective purchase differ, and how to contact us.
How these policies fit together
Software, not advice
OttoTrader is built as self-directed trading software, not as a managed service or financial intermediary.
Website-first account area
Billing, marketplace ownership, legal disclosures, and seller rules live on the website while the desktop app stays product-focused.
Read Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure first.
Those two pages give the fastest picture of OttoTrader's product boundary, user responsibility model, and live-trading risk.
Marketplace and seller documents matter if you buy or publish strategies.
The legal pages get more specific when marketplace licensing, seller claims, payouts, or moderation are involved.
These pages are meant to be usable, not hidden. They explain the platform contract, trading risk, privacy behavior, and marketplace rules in a way a serious trader, seller, reviewer, or partner can actually scan.
