What is stored in your browser, which optional measurements need permission, and how to change your choice.
This document is structured in short sections so the main obligations are easier to scan.
Users should read the legal pages together with the practical product guidance.
Essential storage
- OttoTrader stores sign-in/session state and temporary authentication or MFA continuation in browser storage to operate secure account features. Sign-out clears the website session; some temporary records expire through their own authentication flow.
- The ottotrader-consent preference is stored locally for up to 180 days under the current policy version. Missing, expired, outdated or malformed choices are treated as essential-only until you choose again. If storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current tab only.
- Security providers such as Cloudflare Turnstile and Stripe may use necessary storage on their challenge or payment surfaces. Their own notices describe those systems.
Optional public-page measurement
- Analytics permission enables Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights and, only when configured, Google Analytics. No advertising or marketing category is enabled. We do not treat permission as approval for future marketing tools.
- Google Analytics can set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies. The site configures a maximum 180-day lifetime without refreshing expiry on each visit. Vercel measurements need not use those cookies; they are still subject to the same analytics choice.
- Private account, authentication and withdrawal pages are excluded from site telemetry. Public-page measurement removes URL queries and fragments and does not intentionally send credentials. Infrastructure security/request logs are separate from optional analytics.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Privacy choices in the footer or the button on this page. Refusing analytics keeps account and trading features available. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional collection; it cannot recall measurements already sent. We attempt to clear accessible Google Analytics cookies when you opt out; browser controls can remove remaining cookies and local storage. Choices are browser/device-specific.

Terms, privacy, marketplace rules, and risk disclosures work together. If your use case touches billing, seller status, or live trading, the related pages matter too.
Terms of Service
These terms govern OttoTrader as self-directed trading software, not as investment advice, brokerage, custody, portfolio management, or a managed-copy-trading product.
LegalPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what OttoTrader collects, why the data is processed, which providers help operate the service, how long records are generally kept, and how users can exercise privacy rights.
LegalMarketplace Terms
These terms frame marketplace listings as software-license transactions for protected strategy logic and related metadata, not as financial products, advisory services, or copy-trading mandates.
LegalSeller Terms
These terms govern creator accounts, listing quality standards, moderation, seller obligations, buyer-facing disclosures, and OttoTrader's marketplace-enforcement powers.
